Disc granulators
Disc granulators for production of organic, mineral, and NPK blend fertilizers. Equipment designed to work with materials requiring moisture and binders to form uniform spheres. Complete process: grinding, conditioning, mixing, granulating, drying, and cooling.
Pressure granulators
Pressure granulators with counter-rotating rollers for low-moisture fertilizer production. They work by compression using molds from 3 to 10mm. Less moisture and lighter drying than disc granulation.
Liquid fertilizers
Tank systems for liquid fertilizer production. Plastic or stainless steel equipment. Agitation principle: aqueous base plus minerals, NPK, and organics, with ambient or heated processing.
Physical blending
